Digital printing  Guidelines for submitting volumes Confidential work Networked digital printing   Document Reflow

An advance booking system is in place for large jobs like grant application volumes. Notifying us of large job requirements in good time enables us to better manage our production resources, and thereby meet your turnaround times.

Volumes that are made up of many colours of paper take longer to program into the machine. Subset stapling slows the machine down by up to 50%

An average volume consisting of approx. 1000 pages including tab dividers will take around 4 working days.  If your job is more urgent than this, talk to a member of the Client Services Team.

If the job consists of  more pages, or more copies are required, the job will take longer. Advanced booked work is always treated as a priority; We handle work that is not booked in advance, on a first come first served basis.

It is helpful to us if you page number the volume and remove staples. This can take time but is invaluable when checking the page sequence of the finished volume.

If you wish to discuss anything in relation to these  procedures or any other printing needs, please contact a member of  JRS Client Services Team on Ext. 4058.
