What do we do for you? We do it all. Not only do we maintain the self-service copiers (MFD's as they prefer to be known), we also manage their acquisition, arrange installation, replenish toner and staples, keep them fed with recycled paper, monitor performance, pay the invoices (recharging your organisation as appropriate) and sort out training for you. Need training? Training is always provided when a new machine is installed. We recognise however that this is not always sufficient, so if you or anyone you know wants additional training, please email JRS@jrs.ac.uk or call our Client services team on (44)4058. What about when my MFD breaks down? Information on the reporting of machine faults can be found at your copier location. It is always our aim to respond quickly when you have a problem. We will also tell you where your next nearest alternative machine is. Simply email JRS@jrs.ac.uk or call our Client services team on (44)4058. We also monitor and manage supplier performance. All of your calls to us are logged and analysed so that we can raise any concerns we have identified with the equipment supplier.
Think about the environment when you print. MFD's are provided so that you can produce your own very short run urgent copies, they should not be used for private work, nor should they be used for more than one or two copies of any document. You are also responsible for compliance with copyright legislation in relation to the copies that you make. Please, stay within the law! Copyright advice can be sought from our client services team.
