JRS offers a printing service that can be referred to as networked digital printing. The means with which you will be able to print your work directly to us is currently under development (ERIC will become the portal for this) and in the meantime, we offer a printing service via emailed file as attachments. In Addition, many councils have their multi functional devices (MFD's) networked so that you can access it from your PC. Printing to these machines is cheaper and more environmentally friendly than printing to a desk-top printer. If you work in EPSRC, your MFD is able to provide you with document scanning delivered directly to your PC, but, you should be aware that, for a variety of reasons, such scans are not suitable for storage in SharePoint or any other Electronic Records Management System (ERMS).
