The term "copying" no longer adequately describes the work that we do; the term "digital printing" is more appropriate. Why? Each document is first scanned then printed from the digital file, hence digital printing. After scanning, files can be stored instead of printed; please ask JRS for more information. Our digital printers operate at very high speed, producing quality images onto a range of paper, card and transparencies in both black and white and full colour. Many councils also have their multi functional devices (MFD's) networked so that you can access it from your PC. Printing to these machines is cheaper and more environmentally friendly than printing to a desk-top printer and using JRS is cheaper still. If you work in EPSRC, your MFD is able to provide you with document scanning delivered directly to your PC, but, you should be aware that, for a variety of reasons, such scans are not suitable for storage in SharePoint or any other Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). We also offer a variety of finishing options for your work, including stapling in various positions and coil binding. | |||||
